  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full, and include your original packing slip and RA number.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
